mothers' day is on sunday and i am supposed to bring mum shopping with sis and pay for her hair saloon thingy.BUT THE SAD THING IS I AM WORKING. my luckly sis has only 4 hrs and me? SIGH. i have no time to bring her to the saloon. i wanna do my hair too. have to wait for hols. feel like cutting my hair but it will be a waste cause i spent 100 bucks to curl it and if i cut it,my heart will split. never mind. shall wait till it straighten which will be super long.

anyways, didnt know that i was a popular choice in MCB class. LOL. popular choice meaning that most people want to team up with me. LOL. i also dont know why. first time i have heard of it if not for my faci who told me this. Mmm.okay.fine.Stress.

recently watch a youtube video which my faci showed.the teacher in that video was damn effing rude.sorry. i just had to say this.even if you are a teacher, you have no effing right to scold your students fucking rat blah blah blah.where's your manners?Whats worse is you tore up his work which he painstraking did.Use your brain lah.He's a china student and General Paper is so effing difficult and i know it is cause i took GP before and i failed like hell.Whats more he is a china student.You have to give him time to figure out things and not critisise him till the extent of using the f word.How will u feel if i scold u these?u are not fit to be a teacher.its unfair that they didnt fire u.

work last week was so bad for me. till the extent i fought with my colleague. well you cant actually blame me cos i was pmsing that day due to you know what. Plus he was really irritating and i was already beong pissed off by some rude customers. I just shouted at him till everyone was looking at me including customers and manager. fine. then we didnt speak a word to each other till now. and i kinda dont feel like gg to work cos i cant stand not talking to colleague but i dont wanna be the one to start talking first. cos its really not my fault. if he sees this which i doubt he will, i was really damn moody that day. i was not like this. so yeah. i wont chase u awayif u speak to me.that is if u speak to me. if u dont want to then fine. i am okay with. anyways i wont be staying in this job for long. i wanna fly to aussie.

well anyways, took 161 with rach yesterday. i didnt take bus like since duno when. and i have a sudden urge to take bus home everyday now. haha.

and today sch was super quiet. more quiet than the usual wednesday. its like the entire sch belong to us. and the guys in my class are damn noisy. you can hear their voices miles away. especially ben. haha. had MCB. no need ppt. haha. like drawing class. you will only need to draw the DNA replication process. haha. this is what i learnt:

1) Helicase separate the double stranded DNA at the replication fork by breaking the hydrogen bonds
2) Single strand binding proteins (SSBP) will then bind loosely to the DNA single strand to prevent the DNA from annealing back again
3) They will be displaced when DNA polymerase starts to begin synthesizing new DNA strands
4) Primase will synthesize a short RNA primer to help start process of DNA replication
5) It is needed because DNA polymerase can only extend DNA nucleic acid chain but cannot start one on its own.
6) Polymerase will start to synthesize new DNA strands
7) Sliding clamp will hold polymerase to DNA strand during replication
8) One strand is synthesized continuously (leading strand- towards replication fork) whereas the other one is synthesized discontinuously (lagging strand-away from replication fork) because the polymerase will bump into the primer from previously sequenced portion of DNA strand.
9) Therefore, it has to move further upstream to begin sequencing from another RNA primer
10) RNase H recognizes the primers and degrades them by hydrolyzing phosphodiester bonds
11) Gaps are filled in by polymerase
12) DNA ligase joins the 3’ of Okazaki fragment to 5’phosphate group of DNA strand

All the modules are fine but ANATOMY is hell for me. Basically, everyone was so not in the mood for lesson today. Everyone was busy with revising their UT for tday and tmr. The good thing about this is that when u see everyone being motivated to study, you yourself will also be motivated to study. but the bad thing is that since you have so many motivated people in your class, u will have to compete with each other to get good grades. So? Everything has it pros and cons.

Submitted PP scope and my advisor is so good. She edited for me and ask me to copy/paste (rework but she has done it for me). Haha. I appreciate it man. Thanks. Now the tough part. Yesterday i did something which i never once in my entire life did. And that was to wear a DRESS to school. Omg. If not for the class photo. Till the extent that everyone was asking if i was attending a dinner or what. I felt so OUT of place man. And we camwhored like crazy fools who were graduating or what. Haha. Fun though cause the class is so enthusiatic with it. Anyway, almost all the gals wore dress. So... hmm..

Joined X-synthesis club too. Like finally i have an IG. I stopped gg for mine ages ago. LOL. And went to RPC to check my lappy cause i couldnt log into the damn PP portal to see my advisor's name. And like finally i know what to profile about. Haha. I shall keep the content secret. Hehe.

Today's lesson sucks. Especially when you are working with a moody faci. And imagine wearing your lab coats to cut FRUITS. What a joke. Haha. And the best thing is that we destroyed the fruits by dissecting in the wrong way. So yeah. NOT FROGS. FRUITS. But it rocks too. I had my first lab session in RP yesterday (: Haha. The lab is SOOOOOO different from the ones we had in secondary schools. Its so sophisticated and complex and FAR MORE DANGEROUS. It looks the same like the ones that industries uses. We did the extraction of RNA from the e.coli bacteria cell. Haha. It was also the first time we wore lab coats and gloves. Like real professionals sia. Haha. And the pipette looks so different. Haha. I forgot how the secondary school one looks like but yeah. I m sure its different cos its the micro pipette. LOL. And it comes in 3 different sizes.

then we had the experiment. the steps were super long that we took 3 hours to finish the entire experiment.And my grp messed up. Haha. By putting the wrong amount of reagent to the bacteria. We mistook 1000 microlitre for 100 microlitre. Haha. we failed our maths. LOL. Luckily we could backtrack. LOL.

PP scope deadline is nearing and i still duno what the hell to write for it.DIE. If i dun or cant complete it, I will be stuck in RP till....... What should i doooooooooooo.......

Back to school liao. Haha. So how has it been? The first day of school was simply disastrous. Many ppl was late because firstly, they could not adapt to the new timing. Year 1 starts at 9am while Year 2 starts at 830am. Secondly, there was one stupid man who thought he superman but instead cause so many problem to the train passengers by jumping off at the CCK station. Then the damn school internet gave us so many problems. Idiot.

Oh ya. FINALLY i get to do my course and its so much fun compared to year 1. Imagine learning your DNA every single day. Cool rite? Like the CSI.Haha. But its a five day week lessons. So on wednesdays, only the IPBMS and some other course will attend lessons whereas the rest of the yr 2 will sleep at home. Haha. Moreover, there are lab lessons now. And the stupid lab coat cost a bomb, to me lah. I should have bought it last year. The stupid GST cost the price to rise up ):
