and my toes are still hurting, especially after working on sat and sun. and this reminded me of one damn effing incident. just because i forgot to give this customer his free item, he came back and hurled abuse at me. Fine. I said sorry and gave it to him. Then he still bu shuang and started hurling abuse at me and my runner. he damn gangster sia. his attitude sucks and he dared to say our service like shit. WTF. you are damn unreasonable. i have already apologised and gave it to you and then u said that i am trying to cheat you. eh please. you are so hardup for that free item. as if you will die if you didnt get it. just take it when i say sorry and give u lah. make so much noise.then still not satisfied when the manager go pacify you. write my name down lah. like i scared of you. it is your attitude that sucks. at most i get warning letter only. as long as i know it is not my sucky attitude but yours. i hope some one will hurl abuse at u till the extent u know how i felt when u did that to me.
